- What invoices are available in eInvoice?
All promotion invoices and backup reports are available via eInvoice. Other invoices, such as Shipping, Printing, Artwork, etc. are also available via eInvoice. Not all invoices have backup reports.
- Why is my invoice not displayed?
eInvoice will only display invoices with an outstanding balance.
Use ReportPro
to view paid invoices and other up-to-date information for all your promotions.
Contact your promotion manager for access to ReportPro.
- What is my invoice cycle?
The Invoice Cycle is set up for each promotion Generally all your promotions will invoice on the same schedule.
Contact your promotion manager or use ReportPro to view your Invoice Cycle.
- How often do you invoice my promotions?
Billing occurs on a cycle set for each promotion. (See "What is my invoice cycle?" to find the cycle for a promotion.)
Some CPG services may be billed on different cycles, or may be billed immediately after the service is rendered. Contact your Promotion Manager for details about a specific service or invoice.
- How often is eInvoice information updated?
New invoices and reports are uploaded once per day, generally within 24-48 hours after the invoice date. Invoice payments are updated once each day by 8am EST.
- When can I see new invoices on eInvoice?
Invoices and reports are available on eInvoice 24-48 hours after each invoice cycle. Contact your Promotion Manager if you have questions about the status of a specific invoice or report.

Consumer data is available in Microsoft Excel or tab-delimited text format. For additional or custom data formats, contact your CPG Promotion Manager.

- How do I change my eInvoice password?
Email online@cpginc.com. Please include your name and telephone number, as well as your current eInvoice User ID.
